How It Works?

Step 1

Tell us what clothes your child needs by taking our kid’s Style Survey
Step 2

Purchase one of our Swap Bags.
Step 3

Fill your Swap Bag with like-new hand-me-downs. Then mail your bag back to us using a pre-paid label.
Step 4

We’ll swap each item you send in for a like-new item of clothing. Swap up to 30 items per Swap Bag & up to 15 items per Mini Swap Bag.

Newborn – Size 10 boys or girls

We Don’t Accept

Socks
Shoes
Underwear
Undergarments
Bathing Suits
Pajama Sets
Hats
Costumes
Formal Wear

Quality Criteria

Only trade-in clothing that meets each of the Clothing Quality Criteria below will be eligible for trade-in.*

Buttons must be in-tact, operable, and accounted for

Metal clasps must be in-tact and operable

Zippers must be in-tact and operable

Clothing must appear as new or gently worn. Items that appear worn, faded, or heavily used will not be accepted.

Clothing must include an original notation of size, i.e.: original manufacturer’s tags

Any other items deemed inappropriate or potentially offensive to our customer

No stains or other discolorations

Clothing cannot include any inappropriate or potentially offensive words, phrases, or images. Judgment is at the sole discretion of Hunt + Gather

No clothing created for events or intended as a promotional item to promote a business or event;

i.e: annual 5k race t-shirts or clothes with specific dates promoting events

No clothing displaying logos of non-apparel manufacturers, i.e.: company-branded t-shirts or sweatshirts

No tears, rips, holes, or other visible damage
